Use of the website implies the full and complete acceptance of the general conditions for use as set out below. These conditions for use may be amended or supplemented at any time and users of the website are thus invited to consult them on a regular basis.

This website is normally accessible to users at all times. may, however, decide to interrupt the service for technical maintenance reasons, but will inform its users in advance of the dates and times of such an interruption.

Contractual restrictions regarding technical data

ZILLI cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s computer equipment when accessing the ZILLI website and either resulting from the use of equipment not meeting the specifications indicated in Section 4 or from the occurrence of a bug or incompatibility.

Personal data management

In France, personal data is particularly protected by Act No. 78-87 dated 6th January 1978, Act No. 2004-801 dated 6 August 2004, Section L. 226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive dated 24th October 1995.

When using the website, the following may be collected: the URL of links via which the user is accessing the site, the user’s access provider and his Internet protocol (IP) address.

In any event, ZILLI will only collect personal information about the user for the purposes of certain services offered by the website The user is fully aware of providing this information, especially as he will be entering it himself. Users of the website will thus be informed whether or not such information is compulsory.

In accordance with the terms of Section 38 and following of Act 78-17 dated 6th January 1978 governing electronic information, files and rights, any user has the right to access, amend and object to his personal data by submitting a written, signed request, accompanied by a copy of his identity document with the holder’s signature and stating the address to which the response is to be sent.

No personal information about users of the website is published, exchanged, transferred, ceded or sold to third parties on data carriers without the user’s knowledge. It is only in the event that ZILLI is to be sold that the transmission of the aforementioned information to the buyer is permitted, with the latter in turn being under the same obligation to the users of the website with regard to the storage and modification of the data.

The website has not been registered with CNIL (French national commission for information technology and civil liberties), as it does not make use of personal information.

Databases are protected by the provisions of the Act dated 1 July 1998 implementing Directive 96/9 dated 11 March 1996 regarding the legal protection of databases.
